At Urban Community Connections we understand that we can not succeed in offering our clients the resources and education they need solely on our own. By creating relationships with local grocery stores, retail providers, business and community organizations, UCC has been able to foster a network of community partnerships that align with our mission and goals. These community partnerships allow Urban Community Connections to identify common issues and to develop a strategy to address those challenges. The efforts of our strategy may focus on prevention, education or advocacy. It's important to us to communicate transparently, as well as celebrate what we've done. Doing so allows  the community to see our efforts toward our Vision and Mission. It also allows our partners, donors and potential donors to quantify our community reach.
